Service Name

Providing 4.5 tons of free food to over 400 families every week

We offer two methods to obtain groceries

Drive Up: waiting line starts on Ali Baba Ave and lineup begins at 7:00am in front of Opa-Locka Train Station to the Amazon Facility
Walk Up: Waiting line begins on Sidewalk South of Pantry. Line Opens at 7:00am

Meet us in Opa-Locka every Tuesday and Thursday. Distribution begins at 9:30 AM until food runs out.

Free Assistance Card Required. You can get your card onsite day of or by registering online

Health in the Hood has numerous volunteer opportunities available both at the Pantry and in our Community Gardens.
